Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative in Bradford. The role handles warm enquiries, follows up on quotes, and converts prospects into sales and appointments in a busy office setting.

The ideal candidate has proven telesales skills, excellent communication, and a track record of closing deals. Basic hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, with commission and optional overtime for extra earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales, telephone sales or appointment-setting experience with strong conversion.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
• Target-driven with ability to earn commission.
• Good organisation and CRM experience.
• Ability to work independently and own opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads into completed sales.
• Follow up with quotes and move prospects to sale/appointment.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Upsell warranties and additional services.
• Book appointments and generate more opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activity.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets.
