Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd. in Bradford is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to convert warm leads into sales and appointments. This office-based role emphasizes follow-up on quotes and building relationships rather than heavy cold-calling.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a £28,000 base salary plus commission and optional overtime. A progression path offers the potential to expand the telesales team.

Qualifications

• Telesales or appointment-setting experience with a strong conversion record.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Confident in handling objections and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads into completed sales.
• Follow up with customers who have received quotes but haven't proceeded.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate confidently and close sales.
• Upsell warranties and additional services where appropriate.
• Book appointments and generate further sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets.
