Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative for our Bradford office. This role handles warm enquiries, quotes follow-up, and converts leads into sales and appointments.

It's not heavy on cold calling, and hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a £28,000 basic salary plus commission and optional overtime. You will work with a growing sales team, focusing on upselling warranties and services, recording activity in the CRM, and aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales or appointment-setting experience with strong conversion record.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ambitious, target-driven approach with commission motivation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads into sales.
• Follow up on quotes and convert interested customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Upsell warranties and additional services where appropriate.
• Book appointments and generate further sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
