You’ll be at the heart of our outbound sales activity, focusing on outbound calling, prospect research and understanding potential clients’ recruitment needs, enabling our senior

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or high-activity telephone sales.
• Confidence making outbound calls to new prospects.
• Proven track record hitting targets.
• Resilience and strong follow-up questions.
• Excellent listening and organization.
• Willingness to learn and progress into client solutions sales.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify decision-makers within target businesses.
• Understand hiring plans through good questions.
• Handle objections and book qualified meetings.
• Support calls with email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain notes and next steps in Bullhorn.
• Work toward activity and meeting targets with coaching.
