Role Overview

Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £29,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £40,000+ realistic earnings
Type: Permanent, full-time, office-based
Start Date: 9th February

Hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm
  • No weekends
Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B across UK industries)
  • Sell, cross-sell, and upsell company products/services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
