Job summary

SP Electricity North West is seeking a Fault Technician to join the Operations Team. You will respond promptly to unplanned outages and safety-critical calls, adhering to safe working practices while delivering excellent customer service and rapid power restoration across the region.

The role requires eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship and a focus on using electrical knowledge to support reliable network operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum of C&G L2 or above in a relevant subject.
• LV Fault Management authorisation.
• Industrial and domestic electrical installation knowledge.
• Strong experience in a customer facing role.
• Knowledge of the Electricity distribution network and Codes of Practice would be beneficial.
• Competency in the use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide first response to unplanned outages and safety critical calls across the region.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and rapid restoration of supplies to exceed targets.
