Job summary

SP Electricity North West is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead craft teams across LV and 6.6kV/11kV networks, ensuring safe, reliable operations. You will promote productivity, manage workloads, and support continuous improvement on regulatory and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of electrical networks, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Occasional out-of-hours work and field presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership experience.
• Technical background in utilities or electrical sector is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of LV and 6.6kV/11kV inspection and maintenance activities.
• Oversee team performance, safety, costs and service delivery.
• Provide timely management information to support improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and drive a collaborative team culture.
• Take part in incident response and coordinate resources during network events.
