Job summary

National Highways is seeking an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to manage configuration across critical OT systems and to support change control within a safety-critical environment.

You will work with cyber security standards, operate across multiple teams, and help develop in-house expertise while ensuring accurate configuration, testing and deployment of systems at highways sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and supporting complex systems in an operational environment.
• Experience implementing formal change controls and minimizing operational risk.
• Strong analytical and fault investigation skills with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration information for OT systems and lifecycle control.
• Process RFCs through governance to minimise disruption.
• Plan, test and deploy changes to OT systems and ensure integration with live environments.
• Provide incident support and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive process improvements.
• Support advanced traffic management system configuration and site data design.
