Job summary

National Highways is recruiting an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to support the safety-critical OT environment across the Strategic Road Network. You will manage configuration data, coordinate changes and testing, and work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reliable, compliant operation.

The role requires a strong technical background in OT, change control, and incident response, with a focus on documentation and processes to improve knowledge across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting complex OT systems in an operational environment.
• Proven change management experience with formal controls to reduce risk.
• Strong problem solving, fault investigation and impact assessment for config changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configuration information for OT systems, ensuring accuracy and lifecycle control.
• Process RFCs and changes through governance to minimise disruption and risk.
• Support planning, testing, deployment and integration of OT upgrades or new systems.
