Whether you’re experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you’re thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!

About the role

Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

  • Facilitate an engaging child-centred program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft – whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite.

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

  • Enjoy working with kids.
  • Strong and clear communication.
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we’ll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children.
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
  • Australian work rights.
