Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a driven sales professional for the Maidenhead territory. You will lead efforts to exceed sales targets for joint replacement products, build relationships with surgeons and HCPs, and deliver staff training in theatre settings.

The role demands product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration to maximise opportunities. You will complete JR101/ JR201 training within the first year and develop a robust territory plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical sales is essential.
• Commercial acumen with awareness of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and procedures.
• Good at MS Office with strong presentation and workshop/training skills.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and create a business plan to meet challenges and exploit opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations of Stryker benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 courses within specified timeframes.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and provide staff training as needed.
• Create and execute territory-specific business plans aligned to corporate aims.
