Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a high-performing medical sales professional to drive Joint Replacement products across the territory, meeting and exceeding targets while building strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and payers.

You will become a product expert, completing JR101 in 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months, spend time in theatre to train staff, and develop a territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical or related field.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting and cost awareness in theatres.
• Strong MS Office and data handling skills.
• Excellent presentation and training abilities.
• Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and exceed sales targets in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and develop plans to grow Joint Replacement business.
• Build relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and payers.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 courses.
• Lead in-theatre training and support staff continuously.
• Collaborate cross-franchise to maximise opportunities.
