Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a driven Field Sales Professional to lead Joint Replacement product sales across the designated territory. You will build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and work to exceed targets while developing territory plans and product expertise.

With a minimum of two years in medical or general sales, you will demonstrate commercial acumen, strong presentation and training skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced theatre environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally medical sales.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of budget and cost issues in theatres and surgical procedures.
• Computer skills, MS Office.
• Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
• Workshop/demonstration skills.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and develop a business plan to meet challenges and exploit opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations of Stryker philosophy and product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 courses within specified timeframes.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and provide staff training as required.
• Develop territory-specific business plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
