Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist for Joint Replacement in the United Kingdom. You will drive sales targets, build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and lead theatre-based education to enable best-in-class outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in medical sales, strong commercial acumen, and knowledge of anatomy and physiology; training in JR101/JR201 will be provided. A proactive, high-ownership approach is essential. Travel within territory required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in medical sales.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of budgets for theatres and procedures.
• Computer skills, MS Office; presentation and training abilities.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and create a business plan to meet challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new customers through presentations of Stryker philosophy and product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 courses.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and train staff continuously.
• Research, develop and execute territory-specific business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
• Travel as required to cover the territory and manage high-volume activity.
