Stryker UK is seeking a Territory Sales professional to lead Joint Replacement product sales across the territory. You will build relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and payers, meeting targets and delivering theatre training as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical sales, strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop territory plans. Occasional travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years sales experience is essential.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of budgetary and cost issues in theatres.
• Computer skills, MS Office.
• Presentation skills with modern presentation media.
• Workshop/training skills.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Aufgaben

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Joint Replacement products and exceed sales targets.
• Maximise current Joint Replacement business by meeting existing customers and creating a business plan.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations on Stryker philosophy and product benefits; meet hip/knee surgeons within 6 months.
• Become a product expert and complete JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Spend time in theatre with customers and deliver staff training as needed.
• Research, develop and execute territory-specific business plans aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrate continuous development via an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Proactively seek cross-franchise collaboration with other Stryker colleagues.
