Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead Joint Replacement product sales across the territory, build lasting relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and consistently exceed targets.

You'll align with cross-divisional strategy, travel as needed, and develop a robust business plan to grow market share while delivering in theatre training and product expertise. Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience is required; orthopaedics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience is essential.
• Experience in medical sales is preferred; orthopaedics experience is a bonus.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget awareness.
• Computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Joint Replacement products in the territory and exceed sales targets.
• Meet existing Joint Replacement customers and develop a territory plan to address challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers; present Stryker philosophy and product benefits; meet surgeons within 6 months.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures; train staff and support customers as required.
• Create and execute a territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration to optimize opportunities.
