Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional to lead joint replacement product sales in the Abingdon region. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, manage high-volume activity, and drive market growth in line with strategic goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in medical sales, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver in theatre training and staff development. Travel will be required across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices, orthopaedics a bonus.
• Commercial acumen and cost awareness for theatres and procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills and professional presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel and build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and create a business plan to meet challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations and discussions.
