Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive Joint Replacement product sales across the territory and exceed targets. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs, and payers, and represent a leader in medical technology.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in medical sales, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to develop territory plans, deliver in-theatre training, and demonstrate product knowledge through formal courses (JR101/JR201).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally in medical sales.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting and cost awareness for theatres.
• Computer skills, MS Office.
• Presentation and training skills.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and develop a business plan to meet challenges.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers and meet hip/knee surgeons within 6 months.
• Complete JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months to gain product knowledge.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures with staff training on a continuous basis.
• Create a territory-specific business plan aligned to corporate aims with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan every year.
• Proactively seek cross-franchise collaboration to optimise opportunities.
