Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Sales professional in the United Kingdom to drive growth of Joint Replacement products. You will build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, manage high-volume activity, and exceed sales targets across the territory.

You should have at least 2 years in medical sales, strong presentation and relationship skills, and be comfortable in theatre environments. UK pay ranges are provided and compensation may include incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and budgeting awareness for theatres.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and training skills.
• Able to travel and operate in theatre settings.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and develop a business plan to meet challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations and discussions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and complete required JR courses within the quoted timeframes.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and deliver staff training as needed.
• Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain an Individual Development Plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
