Job summary

Stryker UK is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive revenue for Joint Replacement products across the territory in the United Kingdom. You will build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and you will exceed sales targets through strategic account planning.

The role requires at least 2 years of medical sales experience, practical knowledge of OR and theatre environments, and the ability to present complex product benefits to clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience with orthopaedic products preferred.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet and manage existing customers and develop account plans.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations and discussions of product benefits.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and lead in theatre settings when required.
