Job summary

Stryker UK Limited, United Kingdom, is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive Joint Replacement products. You will build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and exceed sales targets while representing Stryker as a market leader.

With at least 2 years in sales (medical sales preferred) and strong presentation and training skills, you will develop territory plans, train staff, and collaborate across franchises to grow the business. Travel about 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience is essential.
• Commercial acumen regarding theatres and surgical procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong presentation skills with modern media.
• Workshop/demonstration/training skills.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Meet existing customers and develop a business plan to meet challenges and exploit opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers through presentations on Stryker philosophy and product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and deliver staff training as required.
• Create a territory-specific business plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Pursue cross-franchise collaboration to optimize opportunities and relationships with customers.
