Stryker UK is seeking an experienced medical sales professional to drive growth across the territory and exceed annual targets for joint replacement products. You will build relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, demonstrate Orthopaedics portfolio benefits, and become a product expert through staged training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical environment (joint replacement would be a bonus).
• Commercial acumen and awareness of budgetary issues in theatres and surgical procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong presentation skills and ability to train staff.

Responsabilités

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory and exceed sales targets.
• Maximise existing Joint Replacement business by meeting customers and executing a territory business plan.
• Develop relationships with potential customers through presentations and discussions on Stryker philosophy and product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures by delivering staff training and in-theatre support.
• Create a territory-specific business plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
