Stryker UK Limited is seeking an accomplished Field-based Sales Specialist to drive joint replacement sales across the territory. You will build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and payers, exceed targets, and lead in-theatre training.

The role requires at least 2 years in medical or orthopaedic sales, excellent presentation and training skills, and a solid understanding of anatomy. Travel about 80% is expected in this position.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years sales experience essential; medical sales experience a bonus.
• Commercial acumen; understanding of theatres and surgical cost considerations.
• Workshop/demonstration skills and training abilities.
• Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsabilidades

• Outperform the market and gain market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products in the territory.
• Maximise current Joint Replacement business by meeting customers and developing plans.
• Develop relationships with potential new customers via presentations on Stryker philosophy and product benefits; meet hip/knee surgeons.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures, deliver staff training continuously as required.
• Research, develop and execute a territory-specific business plan with measurable outcomes.
• Pursue cross-franchise collaboration to optimise opportunities and relationships.
