Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for the UK Ortho region. You will lead the regional sales team, drive attainment of sales goals, and coordinate with Marketing, Education, and Finance to align activities across the business.

You will coach Territory Managers and Clinical Advisors, analyze Salesforce data, and develop strategies to grow existing accounts while winning new business in a profitable way. A strong leadership presence and industry insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years+).
• Experience extracting and interpreting data; SFDC experience is an advantage.
• Experience with a consultative sales approach and providing innovative solutions to business issues.
• Dental/medical device market experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined region to achieve regional sales goals within set timescales.
• Provide direction and coaching to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Build relationships within the region and grow existing customers while acquiring new ones profitably.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services and Finance to align sales objectives across the business.
• Interpret and implement sales strategies, ensure ISO 9001 compliance where applicable.
• Review Salesforce data, flag risks or opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular regional meetings to ensure clear communication of sales strategy.
• Grow business with customers and promote new digital workflows.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance management of direct reports with HR.
• Manage local sales budgets and monitor spend to optimize resources.
• Engage with major prospects to expand Straumann business across the region.
• Identify opportunities and leads for broader Straumann portfolio.
