Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a regional sales leader to drive performance across a defined UK region. You will provide direction to Territory Managers and Clinical Advisors and work to achieve the UK and global group sales objectives with integrity and strong leadership.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Finance to align strategies, leverage Salesforce data, and coach teams to deliver profitable growth while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5+ years).
• Experience with data extraction and interpretation (SFDC advantageous).
• Experience delivering innovative, consultative sales solutions.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead region to meet or exceed Sales Goals within timeframes and budgets.
• Develop key relationships within the region to grow existing customers and win new business.
• Coach and supervise Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers; travel with reports.
