Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a regional sales leader for Ortho UK, accountable for directing a defined territory to hit regional sales goals. You will guide Territory Managers and ensure alignment with UK and Global Strategies while coaching staff and shaping account plans.

Lead forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Education, Finance and Customer Service to optimize outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5+ years).
Experience with SFDC is an advantage and a plus for data-driven decisions.
Experience with consultative sales approaches and strategic selling.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to meet regional sales goals.
Build and maintain key relationships; identify growth opportunities and new customers.
Coach and develop the regional team; co-travel with direct reports as needed.
Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Finance and other units to align sales plans.
Analyse Salesforce data, flag risks, and implement corrective actions.
Lead regular regional meetings to ensure consistent strategy execution.
Grow business with existing customers and identify new, profitable prospects.
Collaborate with HR on leadership, recruitment and performance management.
