Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a regional sales leader for the UK Ortho segment. Reporting to the Head of Ortho UK, you will provide strategic direction to Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals in line with global plans.

The role emphasises engagement, development and coaching to drive performance. The successful candidate will oversee forecasting, market development, and relationship-building with key accounts, ensuring alignment with ISO quality and company sales

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years +).
• Ability to extract and interpret data – experience of SFDC an advantage.
• Experience of providing innovative, thought provoking solutions to business issues and a consultative sales approach.
• Preferably Dental/Medical Device market experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a defined region to meet sales goals within set timescales and KPIs.
• Develop key relationships within the region and maintain top-of-mind awareness for ClearCorrect.
• Supervise Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers with coaching and feedback.
