Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Head of Ortho UK to drive sales within a defined region, providing direction to Territory Managers and cross-functional teams. You will align strategies with the UK and global organization, coaching the team to achieve targets.

You will oversee forecasts, data analysis, and account planning while fostering key relationships and leading with integrity. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset and a commitment to quality and people development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/commercial leadership experience.
• Experience extracting and interpreting data; SFDC familiarity.
• Consultative sales approach; dental/medical device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with marketing and Head of Ortho regarding market potential and forecasts and implement action plans.
• Develop relationships within the Region to grow existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Supervise Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers with leadership and coaching.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Education, Customer Services & Finance to align sales objectives with the business.
• Review Salesforce data and advise on corrective actions affecting regional sales.
