Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for Ortho UK to drive sales across a defined region, leading Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success teams. You will align with UK and Global strategies, coach staff, and ensure compliant execution of sales plans while building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership (5+ years), data-driven decision making, and experience in the Dental/Medical Device

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of significant sales/commercial leadership experience.
• Experience extracting and interpreting data; SFDC is an advantage.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device markets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Region team to achieve UK sales goals within defined timelines.
• Develop and implement Region action plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Identify and nurture key relationships to grow existing customers and win new ones.
• Monitor Salesforce analytics, report issues, and drive corrective actions with leadership.
