Job summary

Straumann Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Leader to drive the Ortho business across a defined territory. Reporting to the Head of Ortho UK, you will set direction for Territory Managers and Clinical Advisors, aligning with global strategies and values to deliver sales goals.

You will manage key accounts, build relationships, coach teams, review Salesforce data, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales leadership or regional management.
• Experience guiding a team of Territory Managers and Customer Success roles.
• Experience with dental/medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy to hit UK targets within defined timelines.
• Direct and coach Territory Managers and Clinical Advisors to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Finance to align activities.
• Monitor Salesforce data and report key opportunities or risks.
• Develop and manage regional budgets to optimize spend.
