Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a high-impact Regional Sales Leader for the UK Ortho segment. You will direct a regional team, drive sales forecasts, and execute strategic plans aligning with Global and UK objectives.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior sales leadership, fluency with SFDC, and experience in the dental/medical device field.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years+).
• Ability to extract and interpret data.
• Consultative sales approach in Dental/Medical Device markets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead region to achieve Sales Goals within defined timescales and parameters.
• Provide direction to Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Finance and other units to integrate sales objectives.
• Monitor Salesforce data and advise on corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, develop and manage direct reports and local sales budgets.
