Job summary

Straumann Group UK is seeking a regional sales leader to drive growth across the defined territory, guiding Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers to deliver sales targets in line with global strategy.

You will partner with marketing and operations to manage budgets, analyze Salesforce data, and develop tailored solutions for key accounts, DSOs, and new customers while coaching the team to excel.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5+ years).
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is an advantage.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device markets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach regional sales team to achieve UK sales goals within defined timelines.
• Liaise with marketing and leadership to forecast demand and plan actions.
• Develop key relationships to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Monitor data in Salesforce and report opportunities or risks to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with sales strategies and ISO practices.
