Job summary

Straumann Group in the UK is seeking a senior sales leader to drive regional performance, align with global strategy, and coach a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.

You will liaise with marketing, education, and finance to implement action plans, forecast demand, and ensure compliant, quality-driven selling.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and a consultative approach to grow existing customers and win new business.

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience (5+ years) in a medical or dental device environment.
• Ability to extract and interpret data; SFDC experience advantageous.
• Consultative sales approach with a track record of growing accounts.
• Experience in Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Forecast, plan and implement regional sales strategies to meet goals.
• Engage with marketing, education and finance to align sales activities.
• Monitor Salesforce data and advise on at-risk accounts and opportunities.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for regional activities.
