Job summary

Straumann Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to manage the Ortho UK region, driving sales goals and region-wide performance. You will direct Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers, coaching and developing the team to achieve defined timelines and targets.

Qualifications

• Significant sales/commercial leadership experience (5 years +).
• Ability to extract and interpret data – experience of SFDC an advantage.
• Experience of providing innovative, thought provoking solutions to business issues and a consultative sales approach.
• Experience of Dental/Medical Device market desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set direction for the regional sales team to achieve defined targets.
• Liaise with marketing and leadership to align regional forecasts and plans.
• Coach and evaluate Territory Managers, Clinical Advisors and Customer Success Managers.
• Interpret and implement sales strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
