Light & Wonder, Inc. seeks an Order Management Specialist in the Manchester area to drive orders from quote through production and delivery. You’ll work with Sales, customers and multiple teams to keep orders moving, resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication across departments, and experience with order lifecycle management, ERP systems and data tools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing orders, contracts and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate quotes, contracts and amendments.
• Experience tracking orders and milestones across teams.
• Good understanding of shipping documents and invoicing processes.

Responsabilités

• Support Sales and customers from quote to delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes, contracts and shipping docs.
• Coordinate product and contract changes with Account Managers.
• Check order docs for accuracy and release orders to production.
