Qualifications

• Experience in operations, commercial, production or data management in fast-paced B2B environments.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with order management, ERP or similar systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how orders, costs and deadlines fit together.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach and pride in getting things right.

Responsibilities

• Enter, validate and manage customer orders with accuracy before production.
• Own order data and keep systems clean and up to date.
• Track orders from production to dispatch and flag risks early.
• Analyze order and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Report on order accuracy, turnaround times and performance.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Operations and Production to keep jobs moving.
• Use automated workflows and intervene when human judgement is needed.
