Job summary

Get Recruited Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Order Processor to manage the sales order lifecycle from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, distribution and quality control to ensure delivery targets are met and customers receive an excellent level of service.

The role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks in a busy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales order processing or sales administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Processing and managing customer sales orders.
• Liaising with internal departments to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Building relationships with existing account customers.
• Promoting products over the telephone to generate and increase business.
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the order process.
• Completing general administration and office duties to support the sales department.
