Job summary

Confidential in Manchester is seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor to join the team. You will process customer orders through the ERP system, track delivery dates and delivery notes, and handle amendments, cancellations and rebookings.

You will support customers by phone and email, respond to queries, process monthly price adjustments, and maintain accurate customer and product master data. This is a busy role within a friendly sales administration team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales order processing or sales administration.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately in ERP.
• Track deliveries and issue delivery notes.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations and rebookings.
• Assist customers via phone and email, resolving queries.
• Process monthly and quarterly price adjustments and maintain price lists.
• Create and process credit notes.
• Maintain accurate customer and product Master data.
• Support wider sales administration activities.
