Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist in a hybrid role based in Chadderton, United Kingdom. You will guide orders from quote through production, shipping and delivery, coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Production and Shipping to keep orders moving.

You will track milestones, update stakeholders, manage documentation and support billing inquiries while driving process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Background in order management, sales operations, commercial coordination or project coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Sales and customers from initial quote to delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate quotes, contracts, amendments and shipping docs.
• Coordinate product and contract changes with Account Managers.
• Track orders and milestones; resolve risks to timelines.
• Maintain contract, sales-order and pipeline trackers for stakeholders.
