Job summary

Hewett Recruitment in Malvern is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt to completion while ensuring high levels of service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with logistics providers, storage facilities, customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery, stock accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations, raising invoices and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within customer service role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing sales order administration from start to finish.
• Liaising daily with customers, hauliers and third-party cold storage providers.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Completing weekly stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Raising invoices and ensuring orders are completed successfully.
• Troubleshooting delivery, stock or order issues as they arise.
• Working closely with finance regarding customer credit matters.
• Collaborating with internal departments on stock and contract requirements.
• Providing support and cover across the team when required.
