Job summary

Pertemps Banbury is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Banbury. The role involves supporting customer service, order processing, logistics, inventory and purchasing activities within a busy team.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Lead to manage enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, while maintaining accurate records and supporting departmental processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high standard customer service.
• Experience processing customer orders and enquiries.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries and communications.
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
• Processing invoices, credit notes and returns.
• Monitoring and managing backorders.
• Coordinating deliveries and resolving shipment issues.
• Supporting inventory and purchasing activities.
• Assisting with stock administration and stock accuracy.
• Preparing freight, customs and import documentation.
• Maintaining shipment and transport records.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and departmental processes.
• Providing support and cover for colleagues when required.
