Job summary

Pertemps Crawley Perms is seeking a Production & Order Coordinator to join our office-based team on the outskirts of Horsham. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and coordinated smoothly from order to delivery, with full training and real scope to develop as the business grows.

The role suits someone with solid order processing or coordination experience, who can work at pace, manage several orders, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order processing or coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Good IT/system skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Manufacturing or construction experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take approved quotes through to order and verify accuracy.
• Check specifications and requirements for orders.
• Process orders and update CRM with relevant information.
• Coordinate orders through production stages.
• Liaise with production team to monitor progress and timescales.
• Keep customers updated and handle queries or changes.
• Ensure orders progress to delivery.
