Job summary

Version 1 in the UK is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to own delivery of major Oracle transformations, ensuring on time and on budget. You will act as trusted advisor to clients, lead multidisciplinary teams across Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM and EPM, and drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships.
• Define scope, objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop robust, achievable programme plans aligned to MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
