Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager to lead complex ERP transformations and drive them to successful outcomes. You will own end-to-end delivery across Oracle Cloud, HCM, ERP and EPM, guiding multidisciplinary teams and serving as the trusted client adviser.

You will partner with clients to define scope, objectives and business outcomes, while managing governance, risk, and budgets. This hybrid role offers global consulting exposure and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
