A leading health insurance provider is seeking an Optimisation Consultant in Leeds to spearhead digital product improvement initiatives. This role requires expertise in process improvement, agile methodologies, and data analytics. We’re looking for an innovative, collaborative and driven Optimisation Consultant to join us at AXA Health, to play a crucial role leading on continuous improvement activity within our digital product portfolio. This role is instrumental in harnessing digital capabilities, including automation, RPA, and agile methodologies, to streamline processes, enhance compliance and deliver superior value.
As our Optimisation Consultant, you’ll oversee process mapping, transformation initiatives, systems thinking interventions, and technology‑enabled projects aimed at eliminating waste, boosting operational efficiency and identifying growth opportunities within the health insurance domain through detailed analysis and discovery activity.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home in our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
