Job summary

Boots Opticians in Wales is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire a team, delivering an exemplary customer journey. You will work with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive business growth, while engaging in store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.

You will manage a diverse team, develop their knowledge and skills, and undertake rotas, performance reviews and return-to-work processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer facing role.
• Desire to learn and develop.
• Led or coached a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exemplary customer journey across the store.
• Support store operations and clinical activities (patient pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks).
