Boots Opticians in Farnborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire your team, delivering an exceptional customer journey.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan, manage day-to-day store operations, and support clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks. You’ll develop your team through coaching, rota planning and performance reviews.

• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Led or coached a team.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities
