Boots Opticians in St Helens is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team and partner with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan. You will drive a great customer journey while overseeing store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks.

You will manage a diverse team, support their development, and handle management tasks like rotas and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer facing role.
• Desire to learn.
• Led or coached a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exemplary customer journey across the whole store.
• Contribute to store operations and clinical activities including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
• Create and maintain rotas, conduct return-to-work reviews and manage performance.
