A leading optical retail group in Weybridge is seeking a Team Leader to inspire the store team and ensure exemplary customer service. Your role includes managing clinical activities such as pre-screening and dispensing while enhancing your leadership skills through their training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in an optical environment and a desire to learn and grow. This position offers flexibility and numerous benefits.
As a Team Leader in one of our stores, reporting to the Hub Manager, you will be the duty manager in store and responsible for leading and inspiring the store team day to day to deliver an exemplary customer experience. Working across the whole store, your days will be full of variety. You will be involved in everything from customer service, store operations as well as the clinical activities which include: pre-screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and much more. In your role as a Team Leader you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills. With an industry leading ‘Step Into Optics’ training programme and additional leadership training programmes, we are committed to helping you develop and carve out a career at Boots Opticians.
Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exemplary customer experience and act as duty manager in store.
