Job summary

Boots Opticians is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our store team. You’ll be the first and last face customers see, working on the shop floor and building strong relationships to find the right eyewear solution.

You’ll participate in Boots’ Step Into Optics training, with real hands-on experience in dispensing, pre-screening, and aftercare. You’ll help with eye-tests support, order and collect glasses and contacts, and keep the store standards high while delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses.
• Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities.
• Provide aftercare support through repairs and adjustments.
